When they realized the repair was going to take longer they gave my wife a loaner to use. A good way to advertise other vehicles offered by Ford. My wife like the loaner and is considering the purchasing. Everyone should use loaners as a way to advertise. Good job!

I purchased my 2014 Ford Flex at Will Tiesiera Ford, and have it serviced there since I bought it. I will not go anywhere else. They perform all the work I need and sometimes also have helpful recommendations. My Flex still drives like it did the day I bought it thanks to Will Tiesiera Ford.

I had an "Service Engine Soon " light on. My wife and I were on our way home from Fresno. We stopped in to make an appointment and was able to leave the pickup and get a ride home. Next day got an estimate and repaired . Have yet to be disappointed in with service.

Service writer refused to let me have the oil filter after it was changed. I explained that the car had been sitting for a while and I wanted to inspect the filter element for metal debris. He said he follows the rules and offered to shred the service order and I could leave without getting the oil change. The car needed the oil change so I let him write it up. The car was serviced and I left without the filter.

The service department was ready and took the vehicle in for service. The service was done correctly. The only problem was that it took over two hours to get my truck back (and if I had not requested that they check on it for me, then it may have sat in the parking lot longer). I asked the service rep to check on it for me as I had an appointment at another business to attend. I was not pleased at all.

I was on time for a confirmed early morning appointment and noted that I was waiting for service to be completed. THREE HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation is HORRIBLE service with an appointment! I had to keep asking for updates/progress, as none was forthcoming from service advisor. Hopefully this is not typical, but I may reconsider returning here for service.

They were able to confirm the noise we were hearing in the engine compartment was the cam phasers going bad again. Since we were visiting from out of state, we were fortunate enough that they had the parts in stock and were able to fit us in to their already busy service schedule so that we could get back home safely and without any mechanical issues

The customer service is great. But , I've been having a problem with knocking coming from the engine on occasion. They asked me to bring my truck in when I does it. I've brought it in twice and both people heard the knocking. Then they tell me to make a appointment and when I do the knocking isn't heard. I've had this issue since 32000 mile and now I'm at 51000

Good service, but price was a lot more than expected. $289.00 to replace a thermostat. $50 was the cost of the thermostat, the rest in labor. And my insurance through Ford wouldn't cover it, and I had been told the day before by an employee there that my insurance was the best kind to have. Apparently not so much.
