The roving service engineer employed by Lexus (not the AAA technician) did a great job in getting into car and jump starting it. He followed me to Wilke Lexus to insure I got there. Wilke had already provided a loaner car. Wilke solved the problem quickly. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and their service department.

Great service on my SC430 done on time and efficiently. Really liked in progress video showing what needed to be done. Friendly staff were informative and caring. Car was washed and looked perfect at the end of service appointment. Highly recommend.

Easy to schedule, great communication with Jerrell at the front desk, service was quick, and the waiting room was comfortable. Didn't 100% love having a salesman come in to chat while I was waiting, but I guess that's how it goes. And it seems like there is something wrong with your appointment management system. I got an email the day after my service saying that I had been a no-show for my appointment.

Squeezed me in on a busy Saturday! Provided great service and a pleasant personality of staff. Graciously provided a loaner Lexus & replaced run flat tire (torn by nail) as soon as tire arrived. Would come again for service or a new car. Highly recommend!

No waiting at check-in, loaner vehicle ready for me. Surprised I needed new tires at 25,000 miles. Would be nice for the tech to videotape and share the inspection results like Garnet Ford does. I was able to see the outcome of the tire and brake inspection and fluids. Very informative and helpful. Would like to see Wilkie Lexus adopt this service.

They advertised a car I was interested in, I emailed them and they told me the car was there . Got in my car a drove there the car was sold . They tried to sell me another car. I think they advertise cars to get you into the dealership. They know they dont have the car.

Not quite satisfied with the service on my vehicle. No replacement service sticker placed on my windshield on when to get the next oil changed and not at all happy with the comments made by the service rep when i took my car to Wilkie Lexus for the check engine light diagnostic. He made quite a few of inappropriate comments. Very unhappy.

I put off going in for my recall thinking I would get the run around from the dealership. I own a 2004 Lexus SC 430 and Wilkie Lexus treated me as though I had a brand new vehicle. The service department put me in a loaner vehicle and took carr of mine, including a wash, even though it was raining. Outstanding service, I would recommend them hands down.

Don't appreciate them throwing in problems with my car during inspection when there isn't any! Recommended that I replace expensive calipers that were replaced last year! When I mentioned that, they were dumbfounded. Please uphold integrity in your business.
