Extremely disappointed
The reason I bright the truck in is not fixed and they broke my dash inside my vehicle and they didn't replace it fix
They had my truck for 4 months no communication unless I called them very unprofessional workers and I'm very disgusted at the fact my truck is still broken 8400.00 dollars later

This is my 2nd time using Wilhelm and once again they met my expectations. Max was kind enough to check my tires and front brakes - although I could have had both done, he felt I could hold off for a few more weeks. I really appreciated his honesty, especially after a competitor advised otherwise. I also like that I can use the discount I get through my Costco membership. I will certainly be back to see Max next month.

I have taken my cars to Wilhelm for at least 20 years or more. They are always courteous and treat you with respect. They listen to your problem unless you just need a regular service, and explain any problems when needed. I always feel I know what they are doing and don't feel ripped off. 83rd Avenue is the best. The waiting room is like home to me. Very relaxing place to just wait.

They were so fast and so kind about doing my oil change. I called last minute and not expecting them to be able to get me in. They did and I was beyond thankful. The coupon they had also helped me tons. They also fixed my tire sensor for free. I can not recommend this place enough. Max up front was amazing!

Simple procedure - needed a new sun visor for the car. Had an appointment for the install on Monday afternoon. They took me in and had the car in the service area with minutes. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Car was ready in about 30 minutes.

They are a great group there. Warm, welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable waiting room, like home in your living room. Take care in what they do and give great service. I have used them for at least 20 years and drive out of my way to use them. If you have a Toyota, go there. Ryan is the best. He knows Toyotas.
