Awful. Completed 2 of 5 action items...and had my vehicle for 6 days! Didn't change the oil or rotate tires. Had a piece of track from the sunroof sitting on the passenger seat when I picked it up. They plan on a do-over tomorrow...which is just more inconvenience to me.

Terrible communication. Expect customer to keep calling and messaging. Didn't fix the issue 1st time and didn't test drive to verify noise. It's been over a month on their lot and when I called today to see of its ready they wanted me to wait until tomorrow because my advisor is not there today.

Tony was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed about my vehicle while it was in service. He exceeded my expectations when he was able to get my vehicle completed same day. I had originally came in to have a diagnosis of the issues. He was able to schedule and have the work completed without having to come back.

It was fine. They didnt do anything...it was an inspection. BUT, my 8:30a appointment was already running 90min behind (unsure how that's even possible when they open at 7:30a). Additionally, once the inspection was done, they wanted another 1.5hrs-2hrs finish 'it' up.

Good service.. Prompt and kept me updated.. An issue with the wipers on a 2020 F 150 were they come on randomly when driving.They were not able to duplicate the issue.Been replaced once already. Ford sure has been dropping the ball on the quality control on a bunch of issues. Not a Wickstrom issue but a Ford issue.

The customer service I received from the representative at Wickstrom leaves a lot to be desired. I had an issue with the repair of my vehicle and am still waiting for them to respond even after contacting them twice. At this point they don't even deserve one star because of the lack of courtesy in responding.

Overall - the work that was done on the car the way that the car was cleaned was fantastic. I will say - that the process that I went through, multiple appointments, no calls to let me know when the parts came in, I expected more communication and better proactive service.

Had a warning light issue and Wickstrom Ford said it would be about $5,000 to fix the issue and stated there were multiple problems. We had another mechanic do a diagnostic and it turned out to be an issue with a $300 relay part, easily found by the other mechanic. Not going back to Wickstrom for service.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. My service was performed in the time frame they estimated. The only negative would be that I see they listed that my car was washed and detailed, but it wasn't. I was told that I could run my car through the car wash if I wanted, but I chose not to do that.

Frank has been the best service advisor that we have had at any Ford dealership. He took the time to explain what was found and what was needed to resolve the issues with our car. He even had the technician come and sit in the car while we showed him the error message that we were getting. We highly recommend this dealership.
