The service writer Yahsha did a fantastic job getting my vehicle fixed he didn't give up on me telling him the vehicle was making noise to from the passenger side to were in keep putting me into a loaner to try make the problem happen for them to it came out that the blower motor had to be replaced under warranty.

Matt was great. He got my car in quickly to be diagnosed and the technicians were able to fix the problem the same day (within an hour). He also stayed in contact through text messages and finding me in person to tell me why the check engine light was on.

I would never recommend this dealership. They kept my vehicle for a week and never programed squat. Had to have the tow truck come collect and had another program the key in 3 minutes time. They need a below zero rating. lack of customer service. No customer service, ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked that I was treated courteously. I also liked that I was kept informed of what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I was also given an accurate estimate of the time. They have a coffee station, but it would have been nice if they also had bottles of water available in the waiting area.

Mike was very professional and polite. He provided a ride for us to a restaurant while we were waiting for our car and picked us up and brought us back to the dealership. We did not have to wait long after that. We were very happy with the work and how thorough the mechanics were and with our car being washed and all of the salt removed. Very good experience!

The young folks that work for Wickstrom are really good. They try so darn hard to make the customer experience memorable I can't find it in my heart to complain. Keep up the great work.

This dealer has great service people. That treat you like family, From the point you walk in the door the make you feel at ease. They don't push up sale items. They advise you of what is recommended by the manufacture, to extend the life of your car. They explain everything so you can under The cause and the complete repair.

The tailgate repair cost over $700. The tailgate got stuck and would not open. This should not happen on a 2-3 year old truck. Never had this happen on several 10 year old trucks. Poor design or quality. Replacement part came in missing a piece. What should have been done in a day took over 2 days. Recommending the dealer because this is a specialized issue, not a common service problem.

They make you aware of any issues they see and then you decide whether to repair at that time or not. There is no pressure to repair something, which I have had at other places. Awful. Completed 2 of 5 action items...and had my vehicle for 6 days! Didn't change the oil or rotate tires. Had a piece of track from the sunroof sitting on the passenger seat when I picked it up. They plan on a do-over tomorrow...which is just more inconvenience to me.
