Upon getting my car back it started making a horrible sound (which it did not do before getting an oil change). After driving just a little bit my car was returned, it turns out they had forgot to put oil back in it. This was the second bad experience in a row. The time before they rotated my directional tires wrong (two tires were put on backwards). Both times I never even got as much as an apology.
