Two items I reported when I called to schedule the appointment - window not working correctly and back door unlock not working, were not addressed, the issue still exists. When I arrived, I asked if I needed to mention them again and I was told no, they had it. But when I got home, I discovered, they were not even looked at.

Took my car in for service asked to have codes read to figure out why the Parking assist alarm is on and when I picked it up they told me I had to schedule that in for another visit and another charge, not happy won't be returning for more service work or to purchase a vehicle.

We were given an appointment quickly. Upon arrival our car was taken in for the service appointment fast. We were asked prior to replacing a filter that was dirty so we felt in control. I, of course, approved the replacement of the dirty filter as I love my car and am able to keep it in tip-top with the help of White's Canyon service department. And as a bonus, they wash my car. We took our 2019 F450 in for a oil change and tire rotation. They found on battery bad and one at half capacity. We had them both replaced. When they tire rotation was completed my aftermarket tire sensor was not working. I found that the tire stem extension was pinched between the inner and outer rim. Returned to the service department and they replaced the extension without any issues.

The wait time wasn't bad. They usually put 4000 miles until the next oil change but it was put at 5000. I'm not sure they reset it. They didn't vacuum the inside. I was going to start coming to Spearfish for my service work but I think I'll just drive 10 miles and get what I'm used to at Scott Peterson Motors.
