Recommended service (wiper blade change) was not communicated to me prior to my going to pick up the vehicle. The customer should be called with any recommendations to see if the customer wants them done before going to pick up the car. I would also like to see car washes done when service is done. When the dealership was owned by the prior owners, this was standard practice.

After asking to have the daytime running bulb ordered (and I would pay for it whether it was used or not), the bulb wasn't ordered. It was going to cost nearly $250 and three extra days to order and install the bulb. My radiator overflow cap was left loose after the inspection and caused it to lose a great deal of the fluid. They did rotate the tires. The service lady was nice.

Went for an oil change/tire rotation and balance. My service writter was amazing. Helped me with my questions and looked at my windshield washer sprayers bc the hose apparently was disconnected making them not work. He connected them and it finally worked and didn't charge me for it.
