The service here is superb. I've been there 3 times in 2 months. I am always greeted by a friendly Miss Robin and feel the Nick, Andre and Evan have gone above & beyond . I have also been impressed by another woman whose name may be Kelly. Because the staff & service are so great I have recommended this department to friends.

After initially reporting that they couldn't duplicate the issue, the lead tech actually did a test drive with me and identified it himself. He then prioritized replacing the wheel bearing, which fixed the problem. Just another great experience with the wonderful folks in Service at White River Subaru!

Efficient and helpful! Nick went over all aspects of what this check and replace! I was sent a video detailing the service as it was happening and called when it was done! It was nice to be provided with a loaner car! As always Subaru service is the best!

In addition to the 30K check up, transmission was replaced under warranty and a new battery installed. Service Rep Evan Bowe was very professional and kept me informed. WRJ Subaru offered to provide me with a courtesy car. I didn't have to even ask. I highly recommend this dealership.

1st time going here. Had a issue after my oil change, the plug was left loose and there had been too much oil put in. They immediately came picked up my car and fixed the issue. Then brought my car back and refunded my money. They went above and beyond to fix the issue, I would have given 5 stars but for the original problem. I would still recommend as these things happen, we are all human after all.

Everyone I encountered was polite, efficient and helpful. I can honestly say I experienced team best service I've ever had anywhere. From the moment pulled in I was made to feel welcome, informed, appreciated and valued as a customer. Everything was explained, questions encouraged and efforts were made to make me comfortable while I waited. I highly recommend the service team at Subaru . I was impressed by their knowledge and skills .

I always receive professional and knowledgeable service at White River Subaru. I received text messages on the status of my service and was also sent a video which showed the condition of my undercarriage. My oil change and tire rotation were completed ahead of schedule so I got to carry on with my day faster.

It only took 5 years for them to figure out why my car battery died so much in mostly, the winter. After 2 phone calls to corporate headquarters advising WRJ Subaru service department what was to be done, it may be solved. We will seeit has only been okay for almost two weeks.

Overall good. But two items needed my return to the shop: 1. Drive belt needed adjusting as it was noticeably making a 'ticking' sound immediately after the service. 2. The passenger wiper had not been replaced after requesting that it be added to my initial service requests.

Wonderful people but I was scheduled for break repair while I waited and I got there early as advised (an hour drive) to find that they did not have the necessary parts and that I might have to come back the next day (impossible). Eventually got it done but I was late for an appointment because of that.

My car pair was done promptly and properly. White River Subaru is also a great environment for car care with excellent customer service. They keep you informed of what is happening and their waiting rooms and offices allow you to wait for your car in comfort or you can plug in and conduct business without any interruption. The most spacious and comfortable waiting room I have ever been in.

The service check revealed an expensive $4,000 plus exhaust problem. Car maintenance has been update for 133,000 miles but the repairs are getting more and more epensive. I appreciate the honest advice about what to do next from the service department. They also did a quick no charge body repair for my daughters relatively new Subaru.

Terrible Waited 3 weeks for appointment Ok I get that. When I showed up. They never ordered the part !! I dont get that. So more waiting for the part !! Then the repair was never completed I was sent home with a broken part !! So sad Id give it zero stars but it wasnt an option

The work was excellent. It took longer than expected due to a power outage but they charged me less for the interior detailing that I took it in for! As an added bonus they fixed two other issues that I was having. free of charge! They definitely went above and beyond!

I appreciated the effort made by the Suburu WRJ to ensure that I receive home pickup and return services to change tires to "snow" tires. The female service representative amazed me with her strength as she carried singularly the four road tires to my cellar upon return of the vehicle.
