Only comment: When I made a 7:30 am appointment, II was told it would take 2-3 hours. Car didnt get worked on until 12:30. I looked that the order and the service person who made the appointment hadnt noted that I wanted the car in 2-3 hours. Better communication between person making appointment and service attendant could help avoid that.

The woman who assisted me ,Pensay, I believe was robbed of her perks for getting me to buy the car!! She was not pushy but very honest and I like that in a salesperson! She didnt get her perks and Im highly upset about it, because I know the manager Jordan, assisted her because it was her first sale, she was excited, I was excited and the manager was EXCITED for her!! After learning because Jordan didnt collect the correct email from me, she didnt get what she was promised! NOT RIGHT!
