Teddy, my service advisor was great. I brought my car in for an oil change/tire rotation. The next day my check engine light came on. The car kept over-heating and I had to have it towed to the dealership only to find out that the mechanic forgot to tighten the radiator cap and the antifreeze was leaking out. They took care of the situation but it cost me three hours of my time.
