No one seemed to want to assist & on my birthday, so took off work for service of a recall, only had vehicle for 1 month prior to recall. My first time at dealership and was told erroneous information per a trusted friend experienced with auto work upon vehicles. I know things go wrong, but I waited at the dealership from 10am until after 4pm for the work to be completed.
Also, for the oil change, my oil change monitor wasn't reset on my car and they did not update the sticker showing the date/mileage for my next oil change. I have to assume the work was done since my documentation shows they performed an oil change and I paid for it.

I usually change my own oil but I always bring my car to WBM for every 3rd or 4th change because the techs do a whole vehicle check plus they top off fluids. It's good to know the overall health of your vehicle and my WBM oil change gets me that. The tech who worked on my car was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Serves was quick. It was not however very through. My tires were rotated and from what was noted the pressure checked. Before I got 2 miles my tires pressure indicator came on. I also don't have caps on the passenger side tires now. Also the front passenger side tire looks like it has an almost stripped out lug nut and damage to the rims that were not there before.

I liked the service of coming and picking up my car and returning it. It was washed and the interior was cleaned. The only problem was trying to get the correct name on the account. My husband died and I tried to get my name on the account, and it took numerous tries and the last time I looked, the middle name of Thomas is still on the account.
The engine light is still on which is why I called in the first place.
