The process was smooth and the service performed was done in a timely manner. I visited sales and test drove a used vehicle. No pressure tactics by sales and provided all information I needed. Service staff were very professional, polite and courteous. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with with sales and service department. I actually enjoy and look forward to visiting this dealership.

Staff communicated with me on progress. I knew what the cost was going to be before we started. This is my 2nd experience with Wharton Ford service and their efforts to clearly communicate with me were spot on both times. My negative. I first tried to schedule my appointment online but never received a response. I had to call a couple days later to schedule but the person I talked to was very helpful. When I buy my next vehicle I will consider Wharton Ford based upon their service department.

Appt. Scheduled and done in a timely manner. Waiting area was adequate and very comfortable. Coffee and water provided. I didn't like having to remove protective measures used over my seat and floorboard and having to look for a trash can to dispose of. No trash can provided outside the office. I didn't like being told I had a balance to pay when I have a prepaid maintenance plan and my last visit was covered. It was rectified after questioning but it shouldn't have been presented as a balance owed in the first place.
