I took my car in to thos dealership because I was having issues with my car having acceleration problems when I had the AC on. They ran a diagnostic and claimed that test drove it and couldn't find anything wrong. When I got my car back, my AC was blowing out warm air for the first 5 seconds after turning it back on. I never had this type problem with it before taking it in to this dealership's service department.

Didn't receive the full carfax report until a week after I got the vehicle and come to find out it wasn't a clean carfax like the guy said. The motor had been rebuilt in 2024.

Make sure to review every number carefully before signing any paperwork with them. Personally, I would recommend avoiding this dealership altogether. Very bad Experience went in for an oil change. Picked up my vehicle went over to get it washed left the wash Bay on my way home and the transmission started.\nActing up. Was told that water got into the engine , which caused the vehicle to start missing. Really went back the next day to pick it up. Now it's running well. They ran a diagnostic test on the vehicle , but they would not give me a copy of the diagnostic report. I Wonder why?

Service department at this dealership has always been a disaster. No one can ever find service records or packages purchased. You get told the package includes different services each time, meaning that sometimes they try to charge you for things that are included. Lots of lip service but no actual service. The electronics on my car are always awry for days after every oil change here. Stay away!
