STEVE and TREVOR in service department are great they took care of me didnt treat wrong in anyway they did what they promised. I only have one more issue my start button is cracked once I got it home I realized it but Im sure Steve will take care of the issue thanks Westflied ford my 3rd car from there will be making a forth purchase in near future god bless !!!!!

Quick, easy. Originally it was estimated to be an all day project (airbag recall), but got a call 3 hours later saying it was all set along with my oil change rotate and everything else. Thanks Westfield, thanks Ron, and thanks to the tech who worked on it!

Not sure I agreed with tech reason for not rotating tires. He stated that the chrome on the lug nut is starting to peel off therefore the lug nut is swelling and unable to remove conventionally. Next was the charge to get these lug nuts off, $90.00. Heres the rub, $90.00 to /remove lug nuts???

I limped my car in with a flat tire (no spare on the new Lincoln Hybrids), I was on my way from WI to IN because a friend got in a car accident. Miguel got my car in right away and had someone go to a local distributor to pick up a matching tire, got everything done and had me back in the road in two hours. Thanks so much!! My tires are filled with Nitrogen, meaning that the tire pressure will never vary no matter what the outside air temp is. Now it's February and my low tire pressure light is on. The tire pressure should've been 32 PSI, and it was actually 25-26 psi all around. Dummies put air in my tires. I can't get anything done right the first time at Westfield Ford.

This visit was no different from previous ones in that it was very good! Whether it's for regular maintenance, or for a particular issue, my car was well taken care of!! In this case, I had 2 concerns that I wanted to get addressed! Both concerns were addressed, and they even found an initial problem that I had no idea about which was worn motor mounts. So, I had the motor mounts replaced with new ones. My car's extended warranty covered it, and all is great! My service advisor listened to my concerns when I came in, and he also followed up throughout the process! The service tech was upfront and also helpful.
