I have been satisfied with the service in the other times I have taken my car in. I had to return the next day this time as I didn't think they had checked everything. I also had asked them to check the windshield wiper on the driver's side as it was leaving a line in the middle of the window and they said it fine, but they must not have checked it as it was still leaving a line. The foreman took care of it the next day.

This is a wonderful place to buy a vehicle. I received a fair trade-in value and got a used vehicle with low mileage and in tip-top shape. They met my price and agreed to change the passenger side headlight which was cracked. and allowing moisture to collect inside. This is the second vehicle I purchased at West Metro. the oil was changed adequately. the tires were rotated to the bare minimum pattern. lug nuts were not torqued to spec. inspection was not done, known issues were not pointed out and recently serviced items were pointed out as "needing service". 1.5 hour wait time with an appointment.

Although the service was done correctly, the technician put a small dent in the outer wall of the box when the electrical plug was installed. I got the dent removed this past week at a cost of $103.00. Just disappointed the dent was not revealed to me after my very positive experience when purchasing the truck.
