I brought my truck to West Knoxville Dodge (Dealer #365) for what should have been a routine servicenew tires and an alignment. Before the appointment, my alignment was perfect, and while the tread on my tires was getting low, the ride was smooth.
After the service, my truck began pulling noticeably to the right, and the ride became rough, as if the tires were out of balance. I returned to the dealership for a second attempt to fix the issue, but the same problems persist. The alignment is still off, and the ride remains uneven.
I paid $1,400 for this service, and I'm now left with a truck that drives worse than it did before. I expected better from a dealership. Unfortunately, I will have to escalate this to corporate, as this issue should have been resolved at the service level.
Very disappointed with the lack of quality and accountability.
