There always is great service, but I don't feel good about how I was upsold another aervicr with a description of the task that really didn't match the complexity as I realized later when I watched a video on my phone. It makes me not trust the next time when they tell me I really need to do something.

AAA checked our battery and said that a cell was dead, so we took it to Subaru to have it replaced, because it was still under warranty. Rather than replace the battery, Subaru insisted that it was still good. This morning, the car failed to start again, and we had to have it jumped off. It occurs to us that Subaru is simply trying to evade its responsibility under the warranty.

Awesome customer service. This specific day was very very busy. There were only 4 service people working. The service manager had 15 customers waiting and my wait was already 2 hours.
The service manager, Liz came right out, apologized, and informed me that today my services were free.
I immediately thanked her and kudos for handling the like she did.

Reported that pass door window would not open from drivers side control. West Herr provided loaner. About 4 hrs later got a call that car was all set, they replaced the battery under warranty. Great no hassle service. Always courteous and professional. The appointment was arranged matching my schedule without an issue

Car was brought in because wind shield wipes will stop working. Because they were working fine while there nothing was done to fix the problem. I stressed that the car is going to be out of warranty but they made no promise that they would resolve the issue at that time even though I noted this problem.

I bought the car in for airbag recall. asked to include an inspection but since the check engine light was on they said it would automatically cost 120 to diagnose. so I didn't have them inspect it. I picked up the car and in 10 minutes the light went off. I asked if I could return for the inspection and they said no.

Only paid for what I was quoted even though the job replacing my reverse light switch from the tranny took a little longer than estimated. My service advisor was great; however another advisor there (that was not working with me) was a little rude. My advisor apologized to me cause of his attitude so it didnt reflect on him or West Herr Subaru.

Not even a hello when I walked in. Maintenance was done due to car making sounds since it was sold to me. Parts need to be ordered in order to fix die shaft. No fluids or Air filter changed or filled when I bought the car 5 weeks earlier. All lower than suggested and not looked at even though staff Specified numerous times that it was.
