For the second time during a routine service call involving rotating the tires whatever it is that needs to be reset was not reset, resulting in a low tire pressure warning coming on on the way home. This necessitated a return trip to the dealership to have it reset. This time when we brought the car back we had the mechanic show us how to reset it so that if it happens again we can take care of it ourselves.

I arrived at the service counter looking for Dale who was my service advisor.He was not there.They had no record of my appointment.Since it was only a New York State inspection, they agreed to do it.As it turns out, I was set up for an appointment in Lockport?It turns out that West Herr has two Honda stores.I will be sure to verify location next time.

Took us in on a holiday weekend; provided a shuttle to take us home while car being serviced; diagnosed and completed the work promptly with no questionable charges; all at a reasonable price. In addition, everyone at Herr was pleasant and helpful and the waiting room was large and cheerful and included a space just for kids. The best dealership/service we've ever experienced.

When I went to pick up my car, I was told it was out in the lot. It was raining that day and when I got to my car I had to wade through 4 inches or more of water to get into my car. Not happy about that. Checking my car in and the processes of getting the keys back was great. Staff friendly, just didnt like having to walk in 4 or more inches of water.

Did unnecessary work on my 2020 leased Honda CRV vehicle.
Charged over $600. Fast-talking salesman in the service department, without asking me any questions. Just told me that those items were needed without even looking at the car. I believed him and I assume they did the work because I was charged so much money. I originally bought the maintenance package so that I wouldn't have to worry about major charges likes this.

It was my first visit there. Their process needs to be sharpened. 1) They had my updated cell# on one screen but not another and I never got a call saying the car was ready. 2) After I paid and they returned my fob, they didn't pull the car up for me. I'm 74 and I wandered around the back lot, hitting my fob a few times, before I found my car. That is not the service I am used to. The car work was fine though and the cost reasonable.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful at West Herr. We waited for my car, had delicious coffee and browsed around. They enjoyed our dog that we brought with us. Then I received a call from West Herr a few days after asking how my experience was there and I was impressed. No dealership service ever called us after my appointment. Very nice.
