These guys talk a big game, but in the end, they couldn't figure out my truck's electrical issues then complained because they aren't paid enough to diagnose intermittent problems. If their plug in computer can't tell them what's wrong, they have no clue how to go back to basics and figure things out. Just terrible, if I could give zero stars, I would!!!

Great attention and service. I used the drive up service & got right in. Gentleman at desk was waiting for me. Said I needed an oil change. I was told it being lunch time it might be an hour. I had nowhere to be so said I'd wait.
Job took about 1/2 hour. I let the gentleman know I had both Platinum Service & Maintenance Plans. No charge, got the paperwork and out the door.

Easy to get an appointment. Professional workmanship and excellent communication.
My second visit where they could be more respectful of their customer's time. On both visits the car was ready, the advisor had showm me the results and given me my paperwork and I had paid. They car just sat in the bay waiting for someone to drive it around.

The staff was excellent and very responsive. I had scheduled an oil change with full synthetic oil, but when I picked it up, the paperwork stated that a synthetic blend had instead been used. I brought it to the attention of the Service Manager, and his response was excellent, and he immediately addressed and resolved it. My wife and I will definitely be using West Herr Ford of Webster for our future auto service work.

Had issues with some of the folks at the service desk not knowing how to put in the work order, not under/knowing what an upstream oxygen sensor was and then saying they don't do wholesale pricing when one of their other locations confirmed that they do at all their dealerships. Nick was great though and the work done by the mechanics was done well.

dropped my f150 off for oil change and rotation, they forgot the rotation and never changed the sticker on the window. Picked up the f150 and dropped my fusion off for a oil change and there was oil smudged all over the hood and door with mud up the side of the car that was brought in clean.
