West Deptford Auto and Transmission did a great job diagnosing and replacing my Transmission. Courteous and Professional from start to finish. Got my 2015 Ford F150 Lariat in and out within several days. Received a 3 year warranty for the Transmission. Will be a permanent customer for all my vehicles.

I don't trust anyone other than the people at WD Auto and Transmission Repair. I just wish they had a shorter business name, too many letters to type! Honestly: I never have any issues with the workmanship and costs when I need my car repaired or maintained like oil-changes and such.

Took my truck in for unusual tire wear. This happened before and the shop I took it to just replaced the tires and said nothing was wrong. This time I took it to West Deptford Auto. They did a thorough safety inspection and found and resolved the problem. The staff is very knowledgeable and great to deal with.

They are great. They scheduled me for emergency service when my dealer would not schedule until July 3
Their service work was super.
I will now use them instead of my dealer who I have used since I purchased this vehicle. I G Burton took over the Newark dodge dealership. I will not recommend them to anyone due to them not giving me emergency service

My recommendation came from my neighbor Justin who is an employee and was also very helpful in the process. Kelly was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on quotes, what actually needed to be done, making things easier to understand and constantly updating me on the transmission progress. The owner also explained ways I can keep my car running smoothly that dealers don't tell you. I would definitely be back for maintenance on my transmission and would definitely recommend it to others.
