They say i needed to get a lot of stuff done to my car. I have my dad checked it and it still look good. The car belt and filter still look good and I got the car not even a year yet. Don't go there they going to tell you what you need to get done to your car and you don't even need it.

I had a flat tire on a tire I purchased from Toyota. I spoke to Leslie. She was going to be off the next day, but she ordered the tire and told me to see her co worker, Tony. The following day, the tire had been received, Tony was expecting me, he processed the warranty paperwork and the work was done quickly.

When u check in your car you get a text saying that they will take video and picture of the service. But they didn't, they told me I needed new break pad for the back and didn't take a picture or video of it to show me. They told me my break was really bad. I didn't get it done with them I have someone take a look at it and it was still good.

first time service visit, for rotation of tires and checkup, three hours? I was prepared when I chose to stay and work there but...first time with a hybrid Rav 4, not a plug-in...miss my more personal mechanic, Noel, at Mobil 76--very impersonal at this shop...Fred P? Who is he? Never met the man, so the jury is still out...fingers crossed and hopeful. Would recommend if you have a Toyota Rav 4 with free care for the first three visits.

The work was done quickly and expertly as always (save for that one time a new oil filter failed the day after the car was in for service and flooded my driveway). But the service rep, Jorge, was friendly, clear and efficient, an experience I always have at West Coast. Your showroom waiting area is bright and very comfortable, with more like the welcoming feel of a Starbucks than an auto dealership.

My service adviser Tony Ortiz , is very knowledgeable. And I trust his advice. However it has been a week since our 2007 Toyota Highlander was serviced, and the maintenance light is coming on every time we start the vehicle. It does go off after a few seconds. I spent alot $$$ at west coast Toyota to bring our vehicle back to good condition. This maint light is concerning.

They replaced our tire, just watch out for lazy service advisors that may not want to look up your warranties. I wasn't there, but a family member was. Just make sure they're not trying to pull a fast one on you. Always know someone that is mechanic that you trust, so people don't take advantage of you. God bless.
