They deemed my tire rotation could not be done due to uneven treadwear between the front and back tires. they did not charge me their usual lift charge. The desk attendant provided me with a tire replacement estimate. They brought my car over to the express lube side for me which I appreciated. I was able to find a set of comparable tires for much less than the quote with free lifetime rotation so it pays to shop around.

Route 10 W is NOT capable of doing Alignment for Porsche Cayenne. Prompted error and had to get alignment corrected at PaulMiller. Dont do things that you are not capable of and understand limitations. West 10 Tire center has a fiduciary responsibility to consumers even if a Sub contractor as PJ auto brings the car to you to say NO it should be done at Porsche

After having Meineke tell me falsely again that my key FOB was no good and would need to be replaced ( genuin Nissan replacement cost $800.00 - $1,100.00) 10 west replaced the battery. Be careful what some so called experts tell you! West 10 is the best!
