Service was good.but they sent me text they had a special on synthetic oil change for $29.99 but when I got there they say oh no that's for only Nissan cars well we bought this car from them and they sent me the fire so they wind up charging me $49.99 when I had the flyer text message on my phone 29 and it said nothing about what vehicle. Besides that everything else was okay

They were very honest and even agreed to negotiated a bit of a lower diagnostic price because we weren't sure if we were going to repair or trade in. We ended up repairing so no diagnostic fee at all but appreciated them being willing to work with us and being honest the whole way through. We've never had a bad experience with this service department.

As always, service advisor Yaz was available and in communication regarding the status of my car. He suggested that my car would need PM transmission service and I requested he do that on that day. Service was done promptly and I was on the road in a timely manner.

I had to wait like 5 minutes before someone would check me in. I had to wait a long time for someone to check out my car. I also got Upcharged and was told a different amount of money then I was told before. Also the stuff was rude and I had to ask several times before someone would give me ppwk that had the information as to what was needed for my car.

Got the job done however no longer honors the lifetime oil change policy made at time of purchase of car. Technician compared it to gas prices changes so why would you expect to keep paying the same price for oil changes. Foolish argument. Won't come back for service. Will never come back to buy a car from them.

My service experience was good and I dealt with Mark. He explained everything and helped me out alot. I am not from Florida BUT rodents ate my harness in my engine and my car is fairly new. My warranty did not cover it=expectedBUT can you please sell some engine rodent repellent right there so I do not need to figure it all out? He was so kind and available though.

made an appt for an oil change. if this would have been the first time I would not mention it. I have requested that a sticker reminder with the mileage for the next service be placed in the upper left windshield. Once again the old one was left, which made me question if the oil was really changed. I thought this was apart of the process. I actually use the sticker as a reminder to schedule the next service.

I WENT IN FOR THE $39,95 OIL CHANCE BUT WAS CHARGED $49.95. WAS GIVEN TWO OPTIONS FOR SERVICE THAT I KNOW I CAN GET DONE CHEAPER FOR THE SAME WORK. UPON LEAVING MY DASHBOARD WARNING SHOWED LOW TIRE PRESSURE. BY THE TIME I GOT HOME IT SHOWED ALL 4 TIRES WERE LOW. USING MY HOME COMPRESSOR I SET THEM RIGHT. I CALLED DARREN, THE SERV. TECH TO LET HIM KNOW AND HE WAS GOING TO NOTIFY THE MECHANIC THAT DID THE SERVICE.

We won't go anywhere else!! Personnel are all very welcoming and super knowledgeable . They take great care of our vehicles and leave no mess behind. The car is always washed and ready after service. The Auto Tech. is vey dishonest with his ESTiMATES. He wrote in his CHECKUP List that I need the following services: Brake Fluid & Coolant evac & replacement. I had the brake fluid exchange job done last month.. I double-checked the coolant & there is no issue.. Pls. STOP this unethical practices!
