I went in for my oil change and my 92,000 mile check . They were kind to only do what was necessary to maintain everything that was needed. They only charged me a nominal fee. It was just as good as the dealership and less than half the cost. I've been going to BMW/ Roles Royce Only for over 20 years. They always look out for my best interest. Thank You

It's hard to find a shop I can trust, but they've earned mine over and over again. The service is consistent, reliable, and they make you feel taken care of every time. I highly recommend if you want honest work and people who actually have your best interest in mind.

This the second time I have had to take my BMW in and they are always amazing to work with. They are prompt and professional. I especially love the internal system they use, I am able to approve work done all thru the link sent to my phone. They keep track on any other items that may need to be addressed later. I cannot say enough good thigs about these guys...they are amazing! Thanks for always taking care of me and my car!

I had my instrument cluster replaced due to EEP 2 error code.
Andrew and Victor did a great job on repairing not just the error code but other electrical issues.
Customer service, quality of work, and lower market price on BMW repairs are incomparable.
I highly recommend Werkstatte on any BMW repairs.

This is simply the best place to take your BMW for service. I noticed a fuel smell and brought it down there when they opened without an appointment. They were able to diagnose the issue (fuel pump) and have it repaired same day, along with some other maintenance items that we had previously deferred. Fast, friendly and honest service. Won't take our car anywhere else!
