Took our 2013 Raptor in due to several issues only to be told by the technician that EACH instance was going to be $225! Three instances and checking into a possible recall, which they also charge for ($450)! Over $1,000 just in diagnostic charges, are you kidding me? Wendle Ford is the epitome of stealership and we'll never set foot on this lot again.

To clarify, if there is a recall on your vehicle, there is no charge for diagnosing or repairing itrecall work is fully covered by the manufacturer. Outside of warranty or recall coverage, when customers request a diagnosis for multiple unrelated issues, each concern requires individual inspection and testing by a certified technician. The diagnostic fee covers the time and expertise involved, and if repairs are approved, that fee is applied toward the cost of the work. We understand this may not have been the outcome you were expecting, but we do our best to be transparent about pricing so customers can make informed decisions. We appreciate your past business and regret that you left feeling dissatisfied.

The service was excellent. They picked up my Bronco and took it in to replace the water pump. They let me know a few times throughout the day how things were going. Then they called and told me when they were finished. They returned my Bronco the next morning as planned.

All aspects of the service was excellent. 1. Transmission was completely replaced. 2. Inspection found that a rear leaf spring was broken. It was replaced. 3. Inspection found that all tires were at end of life. Went to my local dealer and had the tires replaced. Went to Seattle for Mothers Day, 700 miles, and truck performed as it should. Great work, guys.

Tried to reject my rental reimbursement, called me to say too much time passed so I had to call Ford protect to intervene. Took 4 months to resolve, had to fight charges and fee's the entire process over incorrect diagnosis. Overall, my service rep lacked occupational knowledge.

One technician tells me it has axles and a transfer case that needs serviced every 30000 miles. Another technician says it doesn't have a transfer case or a front axle. Then they called the wrong number when it was ready to go. The technician actually called the wrong number after he read the correct number back to me.

1) Went for a 40k and oil change - oil was not sealed and now I have a massive stain in my garage. 2) Went for a 45k and an open recall on my breaks - brake lines were not sealed and fluid leaked, resulting in life threatening brake performance in the dead of winter. All of this was fixed without additional charge, but I wouldn't trust them. These mistakes should not happen in the first place.
