I was headed out of town for a family gathering and found my car would not start. They came quickly and jumped it and replaced the battery for me and I was able to make it to the gathering on time. Great service!

I appreciated them diagnosing my vehicle problems, by taking it out for test drive to further check and figure out what repair work was needed . Then later when they did get the parts they gave me a loaner vehicle besides as it was to be a long process of repair.

I had a flat tire 15 miles away and Mark helped me with OnStar. They couldn't tow me in a reasonable time so I used Bill's Towing. Mark at Weis, was able to get OnStar to pay the towing bill! I don't live in Decorah so going the extra mile was not going to help Weis, but good service is just part of who they are. If I lived in Decorah, I would definitely be a dedicated customer of Weis.

The Weiss Buick garage (Decorah) has always provided fast, fair, quality repair for our Crosstreck. This is important because the Subaru has needed excessive repairs (wheel bearings at <50,000mi and 4 broken wires on ABS secsors. "Local" Subaru dealers are a 150 mi round trip so I depend on this good local garage whenever possible. Weiss is Great!! Weldon Bell Ridgeway IA

The service department at Weis has been great. Mark cares about how I feel my car is operating for me. I have had to replace the water pump 3 times and they are the 3rd place to do it and I have to say they have been understanding about my frustration and very accommodating. Really like their service department.
