Can't say enough good things about the service department at Weber Ford. Our dealings have been with Dave Springmeyer over the last 2 yrs. He is very knowledgeable, has "done his homework!" He is straightforward with the facts concerning the work to be done. No surprises. Most and best of all, Dave is honest with you, which these days is extremely hard to find! Any work on my car will be done at Weber with Dave. No question about it!!

Great service and great people. April took care of me as I checked in. I had premium care so my service was free. While I was waiting to get my truck, I talked to Darin about possibly purchasing a new truck. I also talk to the manager, Johnny who is a great guy easy to talk to without pressure. I'll be back when it's time to buy one.

15K scheduled maintenance and the Works package, the usual stuff. I went in at 7:30 and was out by 9:00. Sue was great as usual with the service, the waiting room and the other customers were great and made the wait fun. I'd give them 5 stars, but I don't want them to get a big head.

My first experience with Weber Ford. It was a great one! Debbie, Service Department, heard my emergency concern and acted accordingly. An appointment was scheduled for the very next day.
