I understand I furnished the key that was in a sealed package only allowing the back to be viewed without opening the package. The key was not the proper one for my vehicle. It will only start the vehicle. The key will not lock/unlock vehicle. The key being incorrect for my vehicle is on me for not knowing. If the tech had informed me of this when he opened the key package, I would asked for you to provide and program the correct key for my vehicle. The key you programmed is pretty much useless to me.
