I was supposed to get the works, but they did not rotate my tires. Thankfully they did not charge me for that, but I was expecting that service. I also had three warranty issues looked at while my car was in for service, but no one was able to tell me what if anything was done to it.

My dashboard light came on while I was visiting in Tennessee from my home in Grand Rapids. a referral from my sister led me to this facility. They were able to service my car within an hour after I requested service. They not only changed the oil per indicated by my dashboard light, but checked other systems that were crucial to the operation of the car at no cost to me. I would certainly recommend this dealership without reservation.
