The service at Watertown Ford is generally good and reliable. The staffs are professional, and amenities like WiFi, snacks, and shuttle/valet options make the experience more comfortable. However, wait times can be longer than expected this time.Also and I noticed a few customers who came in after me were checked out before me.

Was having issues with my truck, only having 68k and under warranty I wanted Ford to look at it. Apparently not all Ford service centers have transmission techs. They refused to look at it and said it would be best to go to a local Ford service center. All I received was a "good luck" on my way out.

Did an oil change (works package). Couldn't replicate the squeaking noise I had been hearing in the front end. Went on a test drive with the technician. Car seems fine now, didn't charge me diagnostic fee.
