They had a very good price,they are just very disorganized, one girl told me I could come get it one day, then James said it would have been done 2-3 days before that. It ended up taking 2 weeks which isn't too terrible.
I was also told multiple times that I was going to get a phone call back with an update and the only time I got a call back was before I took my car to the shop. Just got to be patient.

I removed my vehicle from Waterloo Transmission after a week without them even completing the work. The did not communicate with me at all during that time and also didn't communicate with my extended warranty rep. Then I called ok the 8th day to be told that I'd have to wait another two to three weeks for them to complete the job. Once I talked to my Warranty company it was best to remove the vehicle and take to another dealership.

I didn't like the outrageous $88.87 fee I had to pay for them just to say "It's not your transmission" without anything more constructive than that. Try AJ's transmissions instead.

Waterloo the most honest mechanic I've ever had. Brought it in cause an oil change guy said I needed new ball joints. Waterloo looked the car over and told me ball joints are fine. If there is something wrong it needs to mature before we randomly throw money at a made up problem. Love it. Never take my to the quick oil change again.

Never been to a more honest mechanic. The dealer said I needed $2000 of transmission work I took it to them and for $300 my problem was fixed. I now get my oil changed there and have any service that they can do done there. Good prices, honest people and great care for my cars. i'm happy
