I got a warning that my tires were low on air and didn't really respond well to putting air in, so someone with me called Warren Tire, as I was driving. We got an appointment, and they started working on it immediately. I knew that I needed 4 new tires this fall, anyway, and was extremely pleased with their staff and with the tires.

Nice people, competent mechanics, comfortable waiting area. They even remembered to reset the maintenance warning. We still disagree about proper tire pressure, but they're going by what the side panel indicates, so they probably have the right of it. (~: Not too pricey, either, considering all that was done.

Warren substantiated that I'd been misinformed by the Della Toyota dealership about needing a rear brake job. I didn't; I did, however, need to see to the front brake pads fairly soon, so scheduled the job for the early morning. Nice people, reasonably comfortable waiting area, great value for dollar.

The people are very friendly and professional but the service technicians do not appear to be very skilful at diagnosing car problems. I have gone to them twice for two different issues and both times they were not able to resolve the issue. I went to them for a problem with speed wobble and $1,800 and unnecessary replacement of the entire front braking system, the vehicle continues with the same problem. Then, a few months later, those same brakes started acting up and they charged me $90 to tell me that they couldn't find the reason why. I will not be taken advantage of by them again.

I had my annual NYS inspection performed at Warren Tire this past weekend. I was quickly welcomed by Merck who was very friendly, conversational, and expeditious when taking the information needed. It was refreshing to interact with a person who appeared to genuinely enjoy his job. The service team completed the inspection within my required time frame. My car was returned in a clean condition. For example, there was not even a single crumb of paper where the old inspection sticker was removed! Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received.
