No problem with the actual maintenance that was done. My problem was when I happened to notice, before I left the parking lot thank goodness, was that my driver's side side view mirror was broken and nobody told me. They did order a new mirror and assembly and installed it at no charge.

The no negotiation policy at Walser is a bad one in our view, and if there really is no room to negotiate then at least follow through on issues. We bought a Toyota FJ Cruiser for $25k and it need some lights replaced because they werent working. I texted the sales guy three times and still on resolution. It really is the little things that can spoil an otherwise decent experience.

Was able to drop off my car at the beginning of an out of town trip and it was ready when I got back home. That was very convenient. It seemed quite expensive though for just a mileage maintenance service. I additionally had a slow leak in a line replaced, and that charge was high.

The service was good. I was in and out within 35minutes. The cost, however, was about $25.00 more than my last oil change. Me thinks that is a bit too much is so short a time. I was told that it had gone up twice since I last bought it in for service.

The service advisor, Kevin Rowe, started with a distant approach as I handed over my vehicle. During the service or at the end of the service, there was no information/update provided. I didn't even receive the usual video of the vehicle inspection/status. Only I received was the bill to pay, and the advisor didn't even care to wait for me for couple of minutes at the cashier as I was packing up from the waiting. Very cold treatment.

Car buying experience for me lasted 5 hours, dealer being thorough & looking out for my best interest.
Only knock down is that I find 3 weeks later that I need to get tires rotated. If the vehicle was that close to needing tires rotated, why wasn't it done before I bought it. What happened to rotating tires with oil changes? Just was inconvenient.

The service tech was great, and he did a great job. The service loyalty guy was less appealing, and to come back so his boss could complete his job as difficult in my busy schedule. His boss however was also great. The guy Luke? Who was to meet me at the same time however not appraise my vehicle still hasnt bothered to respond weeks later! Curiously, it was appraised over 2k dollars higher than Bloomington quoted me.

When I checked in the person told me they were running right on time and it would take an hour for tire rotation and oil change. It took just under 2 hours. The guy told me my car was ready and parked out front. Nope, my car wasnt out front nor was it in the main parking lot. I wandered around and my vehicle was parked behind the dealership. I dont mind taking a stroll but was frustrated locating my car.

Problem....paid for tire rotation that didn't happen..tires are marked. They failed to refastened the splash guard so it ended up scraping. Returned to shop to refasten. They did but not correctly. Said it was worn!!! No kidding! How do you think that happened????? Told I could replace it for $450!!!
First issue with Walser in 12 years of regular service.

They didn't switch out the sticker for a return service date, didn't provide any documentation of systems being checked until I directly requested it (they used to send video of inspection and provide paper report), and less than two weeks later the car was totaled after what was deemed "mechanical failure" resulted in it veering off the freeway into a guard rail.

I thought the service was good as always. I loved the video of the repairs and service done on my car. After the video, no one came out to talk to me. I saw my car being driven up to the entrance so my husband went back to find someone and pay the bill. I'm going to assume they were busy.
