Brought our Tahoe in for a leak and a suspension error message. The techs were great. Got the first update that a seal was bad on the transfer case. Then they worked on figuring out what the issue was for the suspension. Turned out there were a few things they needed to try. Took a little longer to get the vehicle back but the service has always been great.

They had my EV for 2 days and said it was ready to pickup. When I got my car, I checked to see if the items that I wanted fixed where fixed, well it use not fixed and I drove back into service, and after some time, I was told that they will be ordering parts and will call me when they come in. The time frame may be days to even months before the parts are available. I am not very happy with this.

The service was excellent, the service writer was very knowledgeable. Listen to what I needed done. The waiting area was clean. We supplied some water, popcorn Internet, and they fully kept you informed either by text or a video of pre-inspection on your vehicle. I've been going to that dealership for a long time and I will continue going to leadership in the future.

I was told I needed to leave my car for 2 days but they kept it for 5.5 days (including a weekend). I was also told it would be ready on Monday but was not ready until Tuesday late morning. All my other experiences have been fine with this shop, but this was the first time I left my car there.

The mechanic was very informative and helpful, he explained that the warning light that was on indicated a problem with the tires, not the engine. He stated that he corrected the problem, and the light would go off with a day or two. However, it is still on so if it is still on after the frist of the year I may contact you again. But very professional and friendly staff.

Senior foreman took off my tires to find source of squeak. fortunately it was not the brakes . Diagnosis- He thought maybe it was a rock or a rotor clip or that maybe he could grease the system and then he brought the car back with the tires on. I don't know why he didn't come and ask me if I wanted them greased before he put the tires back on

If I could give 0 stars I would. Salesman lied about odometer mileage, multiple things were not working and were not disclosed at time of sale. GM of sales was incredibly unhelpful with coming up with a solution. Fully taken advantage of as a woman who came in alone to shop for a car.

Went in for Prepaid oil change and tire rotation and inspection. Service person asked if we wanted the inspection. I said of course we want inspection it has been prepaid. Give us what we paid for and nothing less than. I asked them to double check the oil filter. We have 5 units serviced at Walser. 3 out of the last 5 oil filters were loose and dripped oil. We had to tighten ourselves.

This was my second bad experience at this service shop, and I won't be returning for a third time. They tried to more than double my estimate mid-work without actually needing to do anything that wasn't part of the original work bid! Seemingly, they didn't know what kind of work was involved to give an accurate estimate. Thankfully, I'm not an idiot and I refused to pay another dime over the estimate.
