Service overall was good, expect the tech working on my car damaged the leather on my steering wheel so I ended up needing to come back the following week for them to repair it. It was great that they owned up to it and got it taken care of, however still annoying that it happened in the first place.

Service rep very friendly and helpful. The text feature was perfect as I had my son and he was sleeping so that helped to keep him asleep. Only small thing that was missed is I asked them to tighten one of the roof racks that came a little loose and they did not do that. Otherwise it was a good service.

I was told that along with my service that everything was checked, tires filled, and fluids topped off. As I was leaving the dealership I had a tire that was 10 pounds lower than the rest and turned around to get it filled. It left me wondering what else was not done that they said was done.

Brand new Tucson and the power lift gate did not work and there was a dent in it. The LKA & LFA do NOT work correctly either. The auto engine off feature works when it wants to. Much of the display information is not readable on bright days. I'm not impressed with this vehicle for $38,000.

The service people up front are very polite and helpful and know what they are doing. My car went thru a car wash before I picked it up... so nice. They finished the work on my car in the amount of time they said it would take. The areas of the service center were very clean.
