I couldn't get through to a live person but had to keep leaving messages and worrying that my car was sitting out in the weather. A call would've been nice. The communication between me and the salesman was very lacking. I requested information several times by both phone and text and the salesman didn't respond for days. I would not say don't go to the dealer, their Audi dealership was great. I would not recommend Ben.

Staff and accomodations for waiting very good. Work performed excellent. Routine oil maintenance and filter(s) replacement and inspection a little pricey. No vacuum of interior or exterior car wash done. This little courtesy is or was done at BMW at every service.

Service was good as far as I can tell. I needed a loaner car so had to wait about 3 weeks before one came available. Check in was good and service done in a timely manner. But the simple things are important. I have two vehicles I bring in for service and yet to receive a complimentary wash and vacuum. When I was driving BMW's and took them in for service, my cars were always washed with maybe exceptions to weather.

The dealership contacted me saying the car was being inspected and detailed and would get back to me. I then got an update from CARFAX that the vehicle had been sold. I got a follow-up email from the dealership asking if I was still interested. We were both very confused why CARFAX would say the vehicle was sold when it wasn't.

I asked him to do a check along with the recall update, their 25 Point check...If they did it, they did not leave me any paperwork stating what they found or didn't find.They were going to get me an estimate to replace my front windshield... I have yet to hear back from them after calling back to inquire. I have not heard from them yet. I was very displeased and disappointed with the service. I think that was very unprofessional!

She walked us through the steps of buying a car online, which we've never done before. She answered all our questions and provided great information regarding the vehicle as well as optional packages for extended protections. She made extra efforts to get us the best deal. After she explained the shipping process, we opted to have the car shipped to us. In short, I've had Mercedes cars for close to twenty years and seldom have I had any issues and when I have, Mercedes has always been accommodating. I purchased the tire and wheel plus plan for both of our cars because we purchased them before and a great plan. Traveling this past January, my rear passenger tire got blew out on the highway. I had to drive it at least til I received phone service. The opposite tire took some damage because of the incident, even to the point I needed a complete 4-wheel alignment because of the shaking. When I brought it to the dealership, they made me jump through hoops just to replace the blown out tire but because the opposite tire hadn't blew out or was flat, even though it visibly was seriously a driving hazard, I had to pay out of pocket for the extra tire and the labor was more than the parts. Close to $800 for a second tire and balance on what I vowed was covered by the finance guy that sold me the plan. Silly that you would be willing to lose a customer for $800 vs just honor what was said and purchased ahead of time. I traded my Mercedes in for a ford a week later - recently. I'll wait but the other Benz is getting traded in soon as well. 2 decades of loyalty means nothing these days.

I paid $277.00 for a diagnosis on my car and when I was contacted for the ok to perform the repair I was told the total would be around $2,300.00. I expected the $277.00 would be included in the total price but was told that was separate. Now usually when you give the ok for the shop to go ahead a do the repair the initial diagnosis is included in the final cost. I will never come back to Walser. I have taken my car to Mercedas Specialists to perform the repair and the cost was half of what yours was. I guess this is why everyone included my father say never take your car to the dealer !!!!!!
