Worst EXPERIENCE!!!! I order tires , They were delayed then they cancelled my appointment without notifying me . This was on the 30 of Nov it's now the 2nd of Dec . I got an email stating t tires were in , I call the Walmart rep told me they haven't come yet . I just want to cancel , I want my money back and I'm taking business to B&R wholesale. Because this is just terrible.

It was an easy process to book the appointment on line. The man at the counter was a little rude which definitely was off putting. But can't beat the price of the oil change.

In and out quickly getting the battery replaced. Yes I could of done it but it was 16 degrees out. Nope not going to do it with vw with can't see no space battery hold down.

Everything is aces at Walmart/The prices are right and the staff is helpful. The only negative is they do not routinely stock my 2021 Hyundai Elantra's oil filter. I was required to bring one from the local auto parts store around the corner. There did not appear to be a price adjustment on the cost of the standard charge.

I sent my son to Walmart to get tire plugged and the technician told him it could not be repaired and that he had to purchase new tire . The whole wasnt near the side wall. To make a long story short they try to sell him a tire he didnt need. About the kit From AutoZone plugged it.

I was charged $40 for headlight restoration; they clean both headlights for that price, but the one that needed restoration was not, because I was told after the fact that it couldn't be cleaned, when I was originally told it could be, hence why I made the appointment in the first place. I also paid for both brake lights to be replaced, but only one was, and I was still about to be charged for both. One of the technicians had to be called back to the register because I had a question, and he happened to catch that I was charged for both even though only 1 was changed. That charge was removed, and I eventually got my $40 back as well, but the point is they completely dropped the ball.
