I ordered 4 tires on 11/7 because they only had 3 of what I needed in stock. They said it would be about 1 week. So the Tuesday after the week was up, I began calling them because I had not heard anything. The phone just rang. No one ever answered. My mom tried calling too and had the same experience. This went on until Saturday when I went in and was told by the employee at the register (who was eating Cheetos) they may be in but he isn't sure because the manager need to check things in. I re-checked my contact info with them. Again, never heard anything and had the same experience when trying to call. Went in Friday afternoon, and tires were there! Everyone in there seems to have an "I don't care attitude" and work in slow motion, including the department manager. I have gone to other Walmart tire and lube centers and had excellent services. This store is crappy in every department.
