Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, 7/31/25. The tech did the oil change but not the tire rotation due to issues with the computer and previous vehicle serviced. Long story short, I got the tire rotation for free. Tech was VERY apologetic for the wait. Xenia Walmart was spot on, great customer service.

Had a 10:30 appt to get my oil changed. Was to be done at 11:30. Went back at 11:35 to get it and they were just taking it back to start the service. Was 12:45 before I got my truck and left. They did not take the shield off to change the oil so when my truck sat in the driveway, oil dripped off the shield on to the blacktop leaving a nice oil spot in my driveway.

Great timely service and the tires feel wonderful. Lincoln recommended the Continental tires which made it so easy. Walmart gives free rotation and balancing too.
