The lady working the cash register would not stay on task. A very nice gentleman that worked out in the service area came and not only checked me out but also helped the all the people standing in line to be helped. While this gentleman was helping all the customers standing in line the lady that was working that area finally showed back up. She definitely was not interested in taking care of the customers!

I always have the best experiences with the Wytheville Wal-mart auto center. The entire staff is kind, courteous, and quick. On this visit, the woman staff member in the auto center who checked me out was genuinely friendly and kind. It's nice to encounter people like this in today's rat race.

The technician that changed my oil couldn't get the oil plug out, so he tried to pump it out didn't pump about 3 quarts out then put new oil in so it was over filled by several quarters. I found out about the mid hap because my husband always checks the oil after I get it changed just because we have gotten the oil changed before it was always a 1/2 quarter low. This could have caused some major damage to my Subaru.

Had to make 2 trips. Did not have size and number of tires for my appointment they said they'd have. Did not give me discount they said they would. 2nd trip they said they weren't busy. Ended up there 2 hrs for tires

We had a tire blowout on the interstate last Sunday on our way back to Ohio. I was able to change the tire with the temporary. Fortunately we were only about 20 miles from a Walmart in Wythville Va. They were able to get our car in very prompt and they had tires in stock that fit our car. We are very grateful and satisfied with the excellent service received there!

The service personnel were friendly and took care of what I needed. Service was slow. I was there when before the store opened, The store opens at 7 am and the doors were not open to the public for entrance until 7:15 am. I got in checked in at about 7:30 am and I was ready to go at around 9:30 - 9:45 am.

No problem with the rotation but they were unable to find a slow leak in one of the tires which I have had since I bought them and they tried to fix two times shortly after I bought them. Also not sure if they actually rebalanced them but perhaps they did not need it.

While traveling to Dallas from Wytheville, we had an unexpected issue with flat tires and stopped at Walmart Auto Care in Wytheville. The staff there were extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. They quickly fixed our tires and got us safely back on the road with minimal delay.
