I can't thank Walmart Service Center for their time, patience and consideration. They were honest, intelligent, respectful and extremely efficient. I'm 64 years old and my battery died in Walmarts parking lot and I was stranded. 2 gentlemen one named Kevin and the other named Kenny both deserve an Award, a raise and a promotion. Set an appointment with Walmart on Mansel just to find out after checking in our vehicle that they could not get our tire off due to tightness & lack of tools?
Drove to another Walmart they were able to service our car. Wasted 5+ hours total.

Every time I come in for a oil change, they never rotated my tires. Now I have to buy a new set sooner than when I'm supposed to. And they always make excuses. This time, they complained about being understaffed. Not my problem.

The staff was extremely rude. I am sure that my oil change was completed correctly, but the staff was completely unprofessional. We I asked for the name of the manager, he refused. I had to ask for the store management for assistance. I have had my car serviced at Walmart numerous times before, but don't recommend this location.

They are always very , very good , and come at a more than competitive price . The only sad comment is that ,they too , have given in to the young man walking in with an air filter filled with pecan shells and cacti asking , " you want your air filter replaced ?" No , but how embarrassing .
