It took to long with an appointment. Appointment t time was 10:30 am they did not finish until 12:10; they did not start till after 11:02. They said my low beam head light was out and it is not. They also charged me for an extra quart of oil every time. But when I bought it in they say levels were fine. Maybe I just do not understand the process. They were nice and courteous.

The technician working didn't know how to change my headlights and came up with an excuse on why he couldn't do it, I told him Collin has changed them 2 times before with no issues. Collin was scheduled for work in an hour so I came back in an hour and Collin changed my headlights within 10 minutes. The other technician shouldn't work there and he also smelled like a THC vape

First off, Wak-Nart is a depressing place to get automotive work done. It's like no one wants to be there. The Customer Service is terrible and it's like no one cares. The employees act like they don't want be there and the customers expect that level of service. I requested the high mileage service but they didn't have the right oil??!! That's a new one.

I am so happy I called Walmart Automotive. I bought tires 4 years ago and I didn't realize I had a warranty. I received a price reduction on the total and have 4 new tires with an upgraded quality of tires. The entire automotive department was great!!! My husband was apprehensive at first but he was happy and surprised with the purchase, warranty and the service. (We purchased from Walmart, North Rock Road, Wichita, Kansas)

Our appt was at 4pm, service didn't start until closer to 4:30 and was not finished until closing time. 2.5 hours for installing 2 new tires is ridiculous. Also poor installation job - Tech did not line up tire dot with rim feature.

i definitely didn't have a good experience. I had a appointment set up for 2.30. i didnt get done till 4.30. i didn't get home till 5, which meant i spent most of the day at walmart for a simple oil change. especially since i scheduled a appointment this was not a good thing. and to top it off this wasnt the first time that has happened to me.

Took way too long for a simple oil change. Arrived at 7:01 am, 3 people ahead of me in line. Nobody at the outside check-in lane or at the service counter. It took 20 minutes for an employee to finally show up and start checking people in. It also looked like there was only one person working in the shop. I was late for work because of this.

TPMS was misreading after 2500 miles of getting new tires. Waited 3hrs for them to tell me to go to a dealership to reprogram for the dealership to tell me the 2 I inquired about were broken. Drove back to schedule an appointment to then find out all were bad and needed to be replaced. No charge for service but if I had known somewhat about cars would of paid $60 for no reason.

They did fairly well. The only need for improvement is the waiting area is way small. Wasn't happy regarding the fixing of tail light and the problem it caused and the settlement received for reimbursement of our expenses to get the car repaired. This will be the last time Walmart Auto will work on any of my cars. I will spend the extra money and have the car dealership do everything.

My car was ready within 25 minutes. I am impressed. Plus the staff in general were very friendly. The customer service lady communicated clearly what job was done (something I understood, quite simple!!), and the mechanic gave me instructions on what should I do and his treatment was very polite. Thanks for the wonderful experience, I do appreciate it!
