When I arrived, the employee was sweeping the floor. She continued to finish before acknowledging me. Checking me in, I mentioned 2 tires on the rotation should be free and she said she noted the paperwork. When I went to pay, again, I was ignored at the register. Two registers open and when one opened up, the employee walked away rather than helping me OR greeting me. After paying, I realized I was charged for all 4 tires on the rotation. The employee seemed really put out that he had to adjust my ticket and I am STILL waiting to see that credit on my charge card. Customer service needs some improvement in the service department.

It was - sadly to say - poor for me.I asked at check in, how long it would take to get the car back for a simple balancing and rotation, NO change in tire pressure.
I was told, less then one hour. I made the attendant aware, that I needed it back in time, since I had other business to attent. The whole process took 2 hrs. The tech did not show any sense of urgency, strolling from the bay to my car, vaping. I asked at the service desk - before the car was being pulled in - how much longer we have to wait (after 1hr 12 min.), the car still sitting outside, where parked. We were promised the car being done already. I received a "beautiful" eye rolling - I was surprised, they were not falling back into the head.... When the car was finally done, I checked on my TPM (out of prior experience) the tire pressure and it was uneven - the front wheels higher then in the back - when dropped off and the tires being cool, it had the same pressure on all 4 tires. When I stated this to the clerk, I got some weird explanation, but no offer to get it fixed. And this shop received an award as Best Automotive Shop in 2023 - I wonder how the worst would work?!? This was now the second bad experience I had in a row - I just went back there, since I bought my tires there, which caused already issues. I also wonder: Why do I as a customer need to decide, in which way the tires need to be rotated? I am NOT a tech and know, what is needed - that's one of the reasons I bring the car to the place, I bought the tires from - in the hope, they know, what they are doing. It seemed like, that the clerk was overwhelmed with the four choices and didn't know himself, what are the different benefits of the rotation of the tires.

I liked the price and having Castrol synthetic oil & Fram filter for my oil change. It was quick and convenient. I didn't like that you can't select tire rotation on the app when reserving your appointment.

Had a tire repair that ended up being a tire replacement. The service desk explained the road hazard that was currently on the tire, which means that all I had to pay was shop fees and taxes. Took 20 minutes once the service was started.

I had to bring in my own oil filter from O'Reilly's and buy my oil. Then they put it in the truck and charged me $30 more, total was $74. Then they did not vacuum my front and don't think they cleaned my windshield either!
