I specifically asked for the $44.95 Quaker State full synthetic oil change. When checkout came, they charged me for the $54.95 full synthetic oil change. When questioned, the cashier told me the person who rang it up incorrectly made this change. They did not offer to refund the difference in price even though it was their mistake.

The speed of the service was great as was the price of the tires. The girl at the register was less than knowledgeable from not finding my tires I ordered to not realizing the itemization of services I needed had already been printed and was sitting in her hand.

I got my headlight polished up. I didn't know if it would work, but now they look brand new. It didn't cost much at all. The staff was friendly and super helpful.

Got to facility. At 8:30am and they were open and two cars were ahead of me,checked my car in and went on to the waiting lounge. 30 minutes later hadnt seen my car in the shop so asked why.there response was 2 others had appointments ahead of me. Waited another 30 minutes and still my car wasnt being serviced. Waited over 2 hrs and left!!!

For some reason, every time I get the oil changed in my newer Honda Odyssey, there is a noticeable oil spot on my driveway when I return home. Perhaps, when the drain the oil it gets on a cross member? And, then drips off for an hour or so after the change? Not sure, but it has happened every time I've had the oil changed at Walmart Webb City.
