I always get oil change here. I haven't had any problems with the work. I enjoy when you purchase a part and it's free installation. They never try to scare you with additional work. The wait is ok because I can look around the store and I'm notified through a text when the work is done.

It took a long time. About double time of what said. Both my partner and I are seniors and were in pain. The prices apparently are good but the employees seemed to be overwhelmed, not enough workers to work comfortably. I think we as customers deserve to know the truth about time to choose if we want to stay or leave. I'll probably recommend it but saying what happened to me.

I was satisfied. My car was taken care of in less time than expected.
The only issue is that I tried calling to make an appointment in the car care department after 5 attempts. Finally some answered on Monday and recommended making an appointment for car service

Take them 2 hours and 10 minutes for changing the tires and I was the only car there they train guys on my car without my permission after the guy there toni he was disrespectful when I told him the time I been waiting for

Samual the guys that did my tires did a great job I was watching him he did a very the road job of putting my tires step-by-step, but we care. He's a great guy. I even thanked him after that. he's a great worker.

Oil change was fine but Walmart oil changes take way too much time. It must be because they want you to shop & spend more money in the store while waiting 2 hours; even though you're second in line.
