Scheduled service on short notice. Done within an hour. Expected cost, EXCEPT FOR OIL FILTER, service rep told me they were out of normal oil change filter due to supply issue. Extra charge for filter off the store's auto supply shelf. A couple of $$ extra which I agreed to just toit done. done.

Service was quick and efficient. I let them know I was a little over due for my oil change and that I've been driving a lot and they recommended an oil change for me. They checked my air filter and my wiper blades at let me me know I was good still on them. Didn't try to get more money from me. I will definitely be back.

I waited over 2 hours to get a battery checked and then changed out if the battery was defected. I asked about the long wait but the gentleman seemed mad I would ask such a question. He said they take appointment first. When I first went in the lady said it would be 45 minutes. 2 plus hours later I had my car back. Terrible customer service. And the manager was no better.

The staff at the desk was efficient in gettting me a new battery. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a wait as they seemed understaffed. Not their problem but someone should pay more attention to this. Anyway, new battery was installed in 1.5 hours and ready when I returned. Again, another 10 minute or so wait for someone at the counter. See above!

I like the idea my vehicle got in quick but what I did not like is I sat there for an an extra 45 minutes after my vehicle was done and was never called upon that. My vehicle was done. I stepped outside and realized that my vehicle was parked out on the backside went back inside and asked if my vehicle was done and she had said it had just gotten done but on the paperwork it had showed a different time when I went to go check out.

Excellent service from Abias! In March 2025, Abias sold us four new tires and told us about the tire rotation program Walmart offers. Today we took our car for an oil change. Abias was the person who helps us again. He completed the oil change and also did the tire rotation! He was very friendly and efficient. Outstanding employee! Thank you.

Fraudulent "next oil change" sticker on windshield that recommends 3000 miles to next oil change when synthetic oil needs changing in 5000 miles. Low life trickery!

I had flat tire and called to make a appointment, they said they can't make appointments I have to coming and wait, because I had the flat tire warranty, I said ok went there they said I have to wait about 2-3 hours before they can get to me, very disappointed, could not wait, went next day it was same scenario, other wise the person handled my car very courteous

Check in was fine, the work was done as promised. Check out was rough as there was no one person checking people out and people were milling around the counter so the next service person who came out to help didn't know who was next to be served.
