Customer Service was GREAT! However the time that it took to service my vehicle took way too long. It was right at two hours for the mounting of one tire. The Service Technician mixed up my vehicle with a different vehicle at the time which cause me major concern for my safety and the work performed.

What I checked in as a walk in at 8:30 am the lady told me it would be like a hour in thirty minutes my car wasn't ready until almost 1 o clock I work overnight and I came in to get a oil change after I got off of work so I couldn't get any sleep that day no one offered any kind of conversation discount or nothing they were very slow and very unprofessional I definitely won't be coming back

Went in for oil change a tire rotation they text me to say my vehicle was ready I came back to Walmart and they forgot to do the tire rotation. What I can say is the service area is consistently inconsistent and you can never find anyone at the counter

My scheduled appointment was 7:30 A.M. I arrived a few minutes early. My car was taken in immediately. At 7:42, my oil change was completed. Walmart has two brothers employed in the service department, they are awesome. I didn't get the lady's name, she too is a great representative for Walmart.

They took two hours to do 45 minutes of work. Tech got oil all over my interior. It was on the floor mat, the kick plate, the ignition, the dash board and several parts of the steering wheel. If their management sees this and wants to see photos they just need to reach out and I'll gladly provide them.
I checked after them today, filter was snug and dry, as was the drain plug. Oil was bang on. Wheels were properly torqued too.

I made an appointment online (very convenient). When I got there the mechanics were friendly. I went to pick up a few things inside the store and before you know it I was getting a text stating my car was ready. Hardly any wait time. They did a great job. Other places I go I may wait an hour or three and pay 3 times as much.

Its very inexpensive for oil changes, however, they do not tell you ANYTHING else. My report said "DECLINED" on every line other than oil change! All other fluid checks.....Even said " BAD" for air filter which I would have gladly purchased if I had known.... Walmart is not known to have good customer service, just good prices!
