It was good but they lost my paperwork . Which resulted in waiting around until they the paperwork. the work was done in a reasonable time frame ( we could see the car and knew it was done ) but, they could not find the paper work and we could not pay and leave without it.

I had an appointment at 11:30 and I walk in to check my appointment and my appointment was not even registered and then I get a text that my service was canceled because they couldn't find the tool. I had to wait again and that the do my oil change.
