They told me it was difficult for them to unscrew the bottom tray out and thought it appeared to not be changed previously by Ford.
They did a good job despite that their vacuum was broken. The reason why I took it to Walmart. Ford does not vacuum their cars as I was told. I was late getting it in but I'm relieved it's done.

I was told the service would take about 45 minutes and there were 3 people in front of me. My vehicle was in a bay for over an hour and nothing was done. When asked the Team Lead about my vehicle he didn't seem to care st all. It took 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation.

They did not replace my skid plate after it not being secured properly by them. I was told to have the evidence or get a new one and they'll install it. Won't be back at this specific location at least for a few years til they get their act together and retrain their people. Make sure if you do go to any Walmart tell them to make sure your stuff is secured or else you'll be calling like I did

It was good but they lost my paperwork . Which resulted in waiting around until they the paperwork. the work was done in a reasonable time frame ( we could see the car and knew it was done ) but, they could not find the paper work and we could not pay and leave without it.

When they had to have my tires rotated and rebalanced. They said they did it and found out they did not so I returned back. I confronted the manager come to find out they did not do anything finally ended up getting it done.
