This is my 3rd tire valve stem changed on this tire in the past 3 months and 7th on 3 different tires, either they don't know what they're doing or something is wrong with the tires and have been charged for all but this one because I purchased road hazard which I always buy, so why was I charged the 6 other times?

Everything went well -but told us the cabin filter was $10 as per sign by the door; However they charged 19.95 for the filter and $10 for the service. Misleading!

Had appointment for tire service. Tech said I would get text msg when service was done. Waited for 1 hr. No text. Went to auto service desk to check on it. Sure enough, it was done...only took minutes to replace leaky valve stem! Glad to pay $30 to fix car. Shopping for 1 hr (while waiting)cost $127 !

Originally, I had only scheduled a tire rotation but asked if I could get the premium oil change done also when we checked in. The mechanic said no problem! All service work was completed very quickly! Very good job and very friendly people. Good prices too!

Only had Walmart install my tires because it was an emergency. Staff was rude and disrespectful. One employee showed blatant disregard for my vehicle. They knocked the top off my tool box when they put the spare tire in the trunk and they misaligned the tire pressure sensors. Worst service ever!

We experienced a tire blowout on the Interstate Highway on the first day of our trip from Wisconsin to Colorado to visit our grandson. We were compelled to put on our temporary spare ourselves--after waiting 3 hours for AAA who arrived as we were putting on the spare. We "limped" to the nearest Walmart, arriving 30 minutes after the Auto Service Department closing. We explained our difficulties. All service personnel went beyond their normal day to fit us with a new tire so we could continue our trip. They did not act "put out" by staying to assist us, but, instead, treated us with the utmost respect and helpfulness. I hope this review gets to the store manager and that the service personnel are acknowledged for their efforts. Thank you, Service Department, Sparta, Wisconsin
