I went there to purchase an auto battery. The service person took the battery off the shelf and placed it on the cement floor while checking tires etc. The cap of the wiper fluid was torn off. I had to return to store to find it lying under the lift.

.They told me it would be 20 to30 minutes and when I got back 25 minutes later it wasn't even in the Bay Area yet. Another 30 minutes later I asked what is going on and they checked into it. The clown that waited on me left for lunch so some other guy took over. Another customer was going thru the same problem. The guy who took over was very quick to take care of both of us. That was the only good thing that happened. Won't go back.

The service technician, Richard, was very informative & patient.
He explained each & every procedure he completed on my car.
In addition to that, he suggested a routine maintenance plan that he recommend I should follow in the future.
What a wonderful young gentleman. Your other employees could learn a lot from his example.

There was 4 people standing at the desk for a long time before somebody came and waited on us. I guess they were short staffed that day or maybe lunch time? Other then that I was out in a hour as they said. I like the new chairs in the waiting room! I shall return next time around.

My experience with the service department was phenomenal- My technician Terrell had my car checked in quickly, my service was completed near the time quoted if not sooner.
I am of the opinion that this level of Top service is a direct result of how the departments management oversees each customer vehicle & is always on hand if a question arises.
I am NEVER disappointed whenever I schedule an appointment with this location.

The tire was repaired properly but the vehicle had the steering wheel, floor console, seat and door trim dirty by the technician's hands. Some protection to the touchable areas could have avoided it and should be standard for all service. The attendant wasn't very friendly either.
